What you will collect

In this tutorial, we will use Crawlvex to collect product names, current prices, ratings, product links, and image URLs from a public category page.

1. Open the product listing

Navigate to the category or search results page you want to research. Open Crawlvex from the Chrome toolbar and start a new extraction.

2. Select the first product

Click the first product name, then add the price and any other fields you need. Crawlvex will look for the repeating product-card pattern across the page.

3. Review the detected rows

Check a few rows in the preview. Rename the columns so the exported file is easy to understand.

4. Export your results

Run the extraction and download the results as CSV for a spreadsheet or JSON for an automation workflow.

Always review a website's terms and applicable laws before collecting data.
